Swimming

Swimmers are explosive athletes and need to train explosively in order to dominate in the pool.  We take dry land training to another level with our unique swim program.  Hips, legs, shoulders, and back are the primary movers in the water.  We train and condition these body parts to become more powerful and efficient in the water.  Our swimmers continuously report back with more explosive starts, faster race times, and less fatigue in the water.
